Jamie Leigh is a partner at the Cooley law firm, where she co-chairs the worldwide M&A group. Her representative clients include Workday, Dropbox, Uber, MindBody, Instacart, Palantir, DocuSign, Automattic, Checkr, New Relic, Levi’s, Procor, Ellie Mae, Yelp, Medivation, and Abaxis. She also represents investment banking clients, including Qatalyst Partners, Morgan Stanley, Perella Weinberg, and GCA Advisors. Jamie also has a keen interest in wellness at work and life.  She is one of the cofounders of The Shift, a mobile app for mindfulness and meditation. Jamie loves being outside with her family – they are self-proclaimed experts at beachcombing, park exploring, gardening, and hosting dinner parties.
